Please understand that ALL shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer. Demfings clothing bares NO responsibility for paying shipping costs on an incorrect size choice.

We do not provide refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction or change of mind.
EXCHANGES
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, or have a change of mind:
You have 14 Days from the date of purchase to return items to store (Extend ETA with prior contact)
In doing so you will be able to choose either 1 or 2 Options.
1. Exchange for a new Size / or product of equal or greater value (*Subject to amount owing).
2. In-store Credit voucher equal to amount of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Clean, Folded, No stains or animal hair)
- Item must be in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
If the item you are returning is damaged, consumed and deemed at fault, you will NOT be entitled to an exchange/refund.

We offer REFUNDS,REPAIRS and REPLACEMENT in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy.
Any benefits not set out in this policy may apply in addition to consumer's rights under the Australian consumer Law.
If an item is faulty or wrongly described then we will meet our legal obligation which may include a refund, providng a replacement product, or repairing a product. (at retailers descretion).
Item is subject to inspection for an assesment.
The Process
- Once we receive your item, the product will be assessed for fault, damages and quallity control.
- After inspecting the item, if your return is approved, we will prompt you to choose wether you would like to exchange or directly replace your product.
Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
